Tried to run it on boston.com, and I got a "Calculator stopped measuring after ~20 sec timeout." error. When the bloat tool can't even fully measure your bloat, you might have a problem.

For the love of God, why has Mozilla not suspended Comodo yet? Too big to fail, my ass -- give a few months of warning before the notBefore cutoff date, and everyone will have plenty of time to switch over to a competent CA.

On OS X, open the app Keychain Access and look at the System Roots keychain -- you can see all the root certs there. For Windows: Have never done this myself, but the link mentions a tool called RCC that lists root certs and highlights pote

The algorithm isn't random -- every time you run your image through it, it's doing the same exact maths, and getting the same exact result. It's random whether or not any image you might pick will be flipped, but for a given

What exactly don't you like about Let's Encrypt? Besides Let's Encrypt, your other option is paying for a cert from GoDaddy or something. My two cents: don't give business to Comodo, given their horrible track record of

Given WoSign's history of backdating SHA-1 certificates in violation of Mozilla's rules, I wouldn't be too surprised if they reuse that practice to get around the 1 year ban, at which point Mozilla will have to consider perma
