I do now. I thought Atlassian had built it in-house. My worry with these is that acquisitions change the product priorities. For example I was sceptical of the recent Crashlytics acquisition by twitter but they've already gone and improved

Hrm, we've just moved to Flowdock, which is pretty nice. But has just got bought up by a large company. This makes me wish I'd gone with HipChat.

I like the concept, the only thing that I'm wondering after reading it is what the metrics are for when you will send out the messages.

Thanks! I've been debating doing something like this on one of my app pages. So I've gone and done it now: http://awesomeputioapp.com Feedback: I didn't like that there isn't a nice way to put all of the Phosphorous code in a subfolder (w

The major for me is being able to do meta-queries that will be sent to the relevant website, e.g. "!maps 401 broadway to Canal St Station" or "!wa how many stars are in the galaxy" http://duckduckgo.com/bang.html

For what it's worth, Calibre will convert it for you ( and manage your library. ) it's a bit of effort to use but its something you rarely have to use. http://calibre-ebook.com

(I work at Artsy, but not related to payments) I think it's worth shouting out that I'm really impressed by the help system over at Balanced. Being able to see the IRC logs at the top and knowing that I can just jump in at anytime and talk

No, I wanted to do this on the weekend, instead I looked through three people's friends list and didn't end up finding them. It took a while, with this it wouldn't take a while.

In the UK its quite common to see a nurse for routine things that you're talking about here, personally I've not seen a doctor in years because of this.

This style of blog is exactly what I've had in mind now for a few months for my own website, I think its a great way to tell a story. Congratulations Paul. Wish I could fork it on github and apply my own styles to your foundations.

zbowling, I would be fascinated to read up on some of the things you've learned. I'm based in NYC / UK so its unlikely I'd end up in the SF based cocoaheads. Any chance of a write-up for us all in the new year?

Yeah, I spotted that earlier today actually Max, I think it must have been something related to maintaining cocoapods. The library definitely has potential :)

I keep some UIColor categories around so at least I can have prettier colours for debugging. It would be nice to make a variant of the method that (somewhat randomly) colours all views and logs the usual info + the colour out to the console

Hey guys, I wrote this so we could experiment with trying out different iOS Analytics Providers at Art.sy. It uses cocoapods to handle all the dependencies so all you have to do is just include which analytics you want in your app and you c

There's some interesting ideas here that (I've heard) are quite similar to how Apple works; small teams, iterate quickly, make multiple attempts at the same thing and have a single person who can easily say no to something. These guys were
