You're asking to go too far back in time. The difficulty is we don't know what happened in the first planck second after the big bang, let alone before the big bang (if that's meaningful). We haven't unified quantum mech

The repo source code is Apache 2.0 licensed, but the weights are not. Just in case anybody else is excited then misled by their tagline "Building the Next Generation of Open-Source and Bilingual LLMs".

I'm afraid I don't share your enthusiasm. There are open source Dolphin models, but the ones based on Yi are not, because Yi is not.

The law is called “Regulation (EU) 2022/1925 of the European Parliament and of the Council on contestable and fair markets in the digital sector”. It's not an outrageous conclusion that the law bans blatantly unfair practices, whe

Of course they can't collect ”commission” on payments they're not involved with. The entire point of the Act is to crack down on anticompetitive behaviour. Your example is textbook, and I am certain the text of the law bans it.

Yeah, Raspbian doesn't seem to be developed as a community project. There's no package tracker[1] like Debian or Ubuntu. I suppose they don't tend to diverge much, in practice. Anyway, I suppose this all means Raspberry Pi OS

If your dishwasher isn't performing well on eco mode for typical loads, then you have a bad dishwasher. Good dishwashers exist. I'd recommend looking at impartial reviews, like Which?. Spending an extra £100 on a better dishwasher
