I was going to say: I bet this is written in Rust, they use https://docs.rs/syn/latest/syn/ to not write their own parser/lexer, and this is how you get Rust-looking languages... I'm surprised.

How do you guys not miss F keys? I can press e.g. Ctrl+F5 with one hand but I would have to use both hands to press Ctrl+Fn+5.

I, being a .NET developer since v1.1, won't touch most of them. WPF, a framework from 2006, and Avalonia, a 3rd party framework, are the only two worth considering.

I don't get it either. I feel like this is so much unnecessary code, an emulator, a network stack... Why not use something like https://testcontainers.com/ ? Is a container engine as an external dependency that bad?

I think you have it backwards. You _first_ do server-side validation, then you add client-side validation _as an optimization_, so that invalid requests are not even sent.

A better approach is to spin up one container and a _template_ database before the tests. Apply migrations to that database. Then, each test creates its own database from the template, runs, and drops the database. Tests can be run in paral

Basically you're saying YAML is unreadable without an IDE or a text editor with advanced highlighting functionality.
