Or Tesla could design their processes in a way that doesn't violate OSHA rules... I don't understand why changing a production floor often would inherently lead to more violations. I could see an organizational bias towards speed

There has been plenty of proof. See my other comments. There has not been any proof that they don't exist. If you're making a positive claim you need to add sources. Otherwise you're getting into a celestial teapot argument.
