Stable is subjective. It's also common for non-state hospitals to say "outside our expertise; transfer to state run-hospital". Thing is the state hospitals will actually try to cure you; and they are fairly good at it. Harbo

Only if the hospital is state run. In WA the University of Washington hospital routinely runs losses because of this. Private hospitals can give you the bare minimum and kick you out the door.

The license cost of Windows is less than 1hr of most people's time who post here. Focus on making Linux desktop a positive opportunity cost vs calling people whiners. Also, Windows users tend to pay for software, Linux users less so.

Is there any way, perhaps with software, that we could remove a moving object, from an otherwise mostly static set of images?

Reference code is almost never what you want to go into production, what with various perf and security issues. It's there to test spec compliance.

Extremely unlikely; Rijndael S-Box entries can be calculated in constant time using first principles or bit-slicing. No lookup tables needed. Timing side-channel vulnerabilities in an AES S-Box implementation would be flaws in the implement

For every truly insightful potential whistle-blower, you have plenty of disgruntled Peter-principle know-it-alls. Still, it's management's job to create an environment that distills signal from noise.

Maybe we should be asking the question: "Why are academics citing papers that can't be reproduced?" A lack of reproducibility of cited papers IMO undermines the credibility of citing papers.

Quick way to do it would be to calculate some high index in a fibbonacci sequence at compile time using templates.

Another reason not covered - some people don't act like adults and cannot handle critical feedback. No matter what they are always the victim. These types of people take rejection as an affront to all they hold dear and make it their

Routinely we have to explain to users in a crypto related business that 0.00835 Satoshis is the same as 0.008350 Satoshis. Adult humans don't handle decimals.

Each hash input generates a code sequence that has to be executed 1000s of times in an inner loop. The code sequence is different for each input meaning there is no reason to save the JITted code as the next hash will use a new code sequen
