I really liked that font for the main article, if anybody else does and doesn't feel like digging into the HTML/CSS, it's Optima.

Last company I worked at did nothing but that. I think it's more common in the MS/.NET world. http://accusoft.com/

I hadn't seen or heard about this video prior to this article. http://news.cnet.com/8301-13578_3-20001802-38.html seems to have it embedded and a description.

I find OmniFocus to be very helpful. The difficulty is making sure you enter everything. http://www.omnigroup.com/products/omnifocus/

I re-read part of it before I recognized it as the shitty article it was. It was fluff in 2005, it's fluff in 2010.

I had read it before, and with the year I would not have re-read it.

Look up anything related to "digital signage". I used to work in kiosk software, sort of a similar area.

Honestly, I'd like to do this but have a margin on the sides but haven't figured out how. I would forever be your e-servant if you know how to do that. I'm sure I could figure out some hack, but it's just something I'd rather not work on.

That is fucking awesome. Maybe the mobile development environment of the future is something like this; code but with a lot of the logic workflow done in the user interface. This certainly seems more amenable to development than Xcode or Vi

To be fair to CmdrTaco, I wouldn't have wanted a 1st-gen iPod either. Did you ever use the old ones? They really had a lot of kinks to work out and in my opinion were not the best mp3 players on the market.

Well I either misread it or they changed the article since my original post. (By the time you posted this comment, about an hour had passed since I submitted that correction).

I just submitted some feedback to the BBC saying this was false. I'm guessing many other people did as well. Hopefully it's not some sort of honeypot.

I'm relatively new, so it's difficult for me to see any major change that's happened since I first joined. My personal opinion is that there has been little change since I arrived, but much talk about how much has changed. That said, I thin

One useful way to take advantage of this might be to just serve your site at a lower resolution if the HTTP header is defined to reduce bandwidth use. If you're using 500px wide banner images on a 1000px grid, size that down for the Safari

I don't think we ever let the market decide EVERYTHING. See: airlines, military contractors, banks (before this crisis as well). I'm not even sure we're in a period where this is more pervasive than usual. That said, I agree that in 99% of
