Thanks! I'm still unsure about how to price it. Considering the time you have to commit to learn anyway, and comparing to textbooks, $9 is cheap for me. But on the other hand, since most people are used to $1-2 for apps, I'm not sure how we

That sounds like a very good idea. I agree that it's very hard to keep them all apart when you start to get into the more unusual characters. I'd love to include more information about the different radicals and the origins of the character

Thanks for the information about adding protection. I wasn't sure how much use it would be, but if it actually works I guess it's good to add it. I'll definitely look into those links. I'll definitely experiment some with the pricing as wel

Yes, I suppose so. However, since I don't have a Mac, iPhone etc and don't have any experience with iOS development, I'd like to see if it's viable on Android first before I invest too much time and money in it. But if it looks like it's wo

NTT DoCoMo are used to owning the whole end-to-end stack. They are one of the few, if not the only, operator that very thoroughly specifies both the network side and the terminal side of their network. They have a large R&D department t

Cellular voice isn't VoIP for CDMA, GSM or W-CDMA. Depending on the carrier it may be VoIP in the backbone part of the network, but the critical part over the air is circuit switched voice traffic. This changes with LTE, which is the first

I have to agree. Though interrupting what you're doing and dragging yourself outside can sometimes feel bad, when you get back in again your head is usually much clearer and you're much more productive then if you just stayed indoors. I've

Good point. I'd be very surprised if they managed to do anything to really stand out from the crowd. Most likely they'll continue the PS integration, but as you say it's not really interesting. And with more and more games coming to standar
