I'm an artist. I could project it in a public space at night, for example. Or incorporate it into a dance performance. But it's ok if you don't want me to use it. Perhaps you could tell me what software I could use to make my own?

An enterprising lawyer could put together a compelling class action case if only GetSatisfaction's pockets weren't so shallow. I'd like to see them get their asses handed to them for this shit.

Sounds like fraudulent misrepresentation/impersonation. Good luck if you try to do that with a brand like UPS. They would be down your neck in a second. A cell phone store in my neighborhood got busted by TMobile for misrepresenting themsel
