   This book is worth its weight in gold for people on the note-taking journey. The quality of content is high and the content per page is absurd--it makes you wonder it is because of the author or because of the note-taking system he uses...

   The hybrid model made little sense in VC-land anyways. Gross margins were not as high as a full SaaS model. The transition to a full software model was never clearly laid out and seemed more wishful than anything.
