Interesting comparison. A container ship does about 24knots = 40feet/second It uses around 350tons of fuel/day = 4.5 l/s = 1.2USgall/s So it does a very similar consumption - around 35feet/gallon While carrying 150,000tons of cargo = 320mil

"work closely with law enforcement" If they do they are going to be on the wrong side of the bars. Article 6 of the EU convention on software prohibits anything which stops you reverse engineering hardware or software for interoperability.

The economist is publishing articles blaming 'the greenies' for your car failing by banning toxic metals in your oil. It's a standard economist article - they are basically just fox news with a higher reading age.

Notice the total lack of safety gear. I'm not allowed within 100yards of the production line without hard hard, steel toe boots, safety glasses,hi-vis vest and probably a fall arrestharness.
