Defense contractors are also notoriously old school in management, and remote positions are very hard to come by (also due to security concerns).

Good tip, the latest Vaios do look nice. But it's very weird to see a VGA port on a modern laptop!

> even if half the people get infected You say "even" as if it's a conservative estimate, but to me 50% of the country's population being infected by the same virus sounds extreme. Wouldn't this be on the extreme

Since you bring up naming, man/unmanned really needs to be dropped for crewed/uncrewed. NASA technically adopted this in 2006, but they still mess it up. Here's more info on their terminology, as well as other options you bro

Since these satellites are in low earth orbit, the satellites currently overhead will be changing very frequently. It's possible the satellites will actually not transmit at all over certain countries. The receivers will also know thei

Had this same thought. It'd be hard to argue a punishment was "cruel or unusual" if you picked it over a punishment that is already legally accepted and the standard (fine or jail).

Thank you! Many times I have thought through how I could approach something like this. The actual tech behind the OP-1 isn't complicated, they just came up with an awesome form factor and UX. I'm absolutely gonna try getting invol

The OP-1 is the only device I truly love and want to own but never will. I'm still pissed TE sent out an email after an OP-1 sold for something like $10,000+ on eBay saying "don't worry, we're working on making this affo

I would read through AirBnB's JS style guide. Very well structured, and most rules have reasons specified in the guide. It should cover all the unfamiliar parts for you. After that, the next biggest thing is tooling so it'd be pic
