For diesel, there is the thinking that if you keep the engine idling rather than turning it off and back on (letting it cool down) it will last much longer. I don't know how much truth there is in that but I do know it is a popular opi

Probably not. Cheap gas generators use a ton of fuel.

I dunno if that is really accurate. A diesel engine is really just a generator.

Abortion is a religious thing (for some reason - God killed lots of babies in the Bible, and also there isn't really much mention of abortion either) more than anything, but I guess you could also say that religion is just a way to con

There wasn't any real evidence for the use of Ivermectin. Some public policies were not perfect or misguided (lockdowns) some were inconsistent with both messaging and implementation (masks) some were really good and people are against

There is also the non-inflation adjusted line there. Nevermind. I think I can tell you're not really interested in having your opinion changed lol

I don't really like this fallacy as I think it is really dangerous. Because you're wrong about something (or even everything) doesn't mean you're wrong about another thing. Because there are examples of the medical commu

Obviously it is not guaranteed bro. We only have history to base these assumptions on. The history backs the fact that housing prices will not go down - unless there is another major issue like the fraud during 2008, which seems unlikely bu

You're just being silly. Just look at the data: https://inflationdata.com/articles/wp-content/uploads/2021/1... It is easy to see that even during insane rates (80s etc) housing prices didn't c

Probably not much. The only time the US had a major home price adjustment was 2008 and that was because the housing market was the problem. Currently the housing market is up but not a problem. There aren't crazy foreclosures and there
