I don't think an implementation of LLVM IR for execution would require the same in-memory representation.

I believe that stability of the internal C++ APIs is a complete non-goal of LLVM/Clang.

Every release of LLVM breaks the internal APIs. So, yes, changing the major version every release is honest and adopting semantic versioning.

Of course, since it's magic, you could easily rule that total data transferred is equivalent to 25 words or less regardless of compression or not.

I agree, but How do we handle software ownership? If I sell you a piece of software that you now own, you can go and resell copies of that software to whoever you want. What is the best way to handle that?

For an intro interpreter/"how do I use K", using Javascript seems like a big win.

I love this paper. The idea of non-Turing-complete languages that are quite useful for real work (whatever that means) is such a fascinating concept. Knowing at compile time that my program won't run off in unending or unproductive cod

I wish that copyright law was different than it is largely because Tolkien's works would then have entered the public domain. And the opportunity to create, play, and profit in Middle-earth sounds amazing.

Is the Z3C getting Android updates? How is the Sony software/skin/bloatware/addons compared to the cleanness of the Nexus line?

I'm sad to see the Nexus line go away. I quite like my Nexus 5 but have no interest in spending over 600$ on a phone.
