It would be nice if you could account for two devices instead of one. I typically use a Windows desktop at home and a Macbook when I'm outside. Also, I noticed the plan widget only says 1 MacOS device while the text under the pre-order

This seems to be the only plausible explaination apart from the client actually looking up your email address completely separately, which doesn't make sense at all if it was a reply to your original email.
