That's crazy. I have no idea how anybody can solve this problem in 258 seconds: https://adventofcode.com/2020/day/20 Did they hope the corner tiles had unique edges and look for those? (which would be unlikel

Hi Peter, thank you for doing this! I am currently on an F-1 visa, waiting to switch to H-1B in January. I have a previous J-1 visa so I'm currently in the process of waiving the two-year-rule. When the waiver is approved, can I file a

To be fair to them, they say it's the "most damaging" claim, not the most significant. Misleading advertisers is more damaging to Facebook than misleading users, unfortunately.

I thought it was for automatically turning itself off if it sees a human in its path. Reality is more fun in this case. :)

I wonder if this is a continuous effect that eventually fades away, or a one-time permanent “debuff”. Did you have to practice a lot to get back to your level, or did it resolve by itself?

If my visibility is impaired for the reasons you mention, then I’m sure I’m not seeing the “arrow” either. Blinking light comes before shape recognition in the visual hierarchy.

I'm wondering if the issue is similar to having GPS and never having to learn the streets of the city you live in. If you can simply type the name of the file you need into the Start menu/Spotlight, why bother going through folder

The image in the first link points out that there is a literal rifle on the wall in Shaun of the Dead. That's a pretty cool reference to the origin of Chekhov's gun.
