If you don't understand the terminology, any paper is gibberish :) but I agree, I can detect fake ones fairly reliably in biology, but not in e.g. astronomy.

I did a search in Turkish and found this video (I timestamped it to the relevant drone footage): https://youtu.be/DHkxKc3ah0w?t=538

It's likely that they just forgot to include the quote marks in the search. I don't think Google Scholar does behavioral targeting.

I read the entire thread, but (admittedly as an outsider), I did not understand what exactly was wrong in Rust governance. Is there more context required to understand what is going on?

That makes sense. Congestion-wise, if you’re not carpooling, it’s no different than the case where every single Uber rider chose to drive their own car instead. It does alleviate parking issues, which is certainly nice in downtown.

This is very nice, but I'm more curious about why there is a "repostindays=413" parameter in the URL :)

I’m just so glad that the bus analogy has made it to an Ars Technica article. :)

It sounds like you also need to pay the Stripe processing fee, so I don't think that's viable in this case?

Yes, I interpreted that to be the point, considering a lot of the UI elements of Windows today first debuted with 95. It's a lot more difficult to convince young users to spend time to learn a console environment when a "modern&qu

I wish somebody made a text-based assistant that has similar functionality. As a non-native English speaker I don't think voice assistants will ever become accurate enough to be usable by me.
