Yes, but I buy phones every two years and I'd rather know I'm getting the top technology available at the time when I make my purchase. The N4 is lacking LTE. Maybe not a dealbreaker for some, but it is for me.

I've never understood the argument against bluetooth headsets. I live in a major city and see them all the time. I wouldn't wear one while sitting at a meal with someone, but neither do I see the sense in holding a phone to my head while
