   Or more simply... measurement is improving through higher volume of samples and sample over a larger period of time.

   So a reasonable scientific hypothesis is one that describes “change” in a problem space with close to infinite variables? Got it. The optics of the naming of a hypothesis is counter to the philosophy at the heart scientific inquiry.

   As highly unscientific inference. Because someone put it on a graph does not make the explanation simple.
