In your opinion, are the 5s possible without spending time on 2s, 3s and 4s? If one always stops working on a ticket after 5 minutes (scenario 1) and files a ticket "to be closed later" rather than investigating - and getting in

You are right: you can't get recruiters to look at such an application. This applies to CS as well, not just EE. They only look at the top 10 or so schools. The trick is to get a job without a recruiter looking at your application.

It's actually very simple. If a year from now you find that the authors (Engelberg and Tofel, others?) of this project are still free then everyone whose data they published was a legit "celebrity" and the leak was OK with t

Not sure why the downvotes. Revolutionaries actually have a terrible track record at creating democratic governments. Russia got Communism at the beginning of the 20th century and an oligarchy at the end of it. More recently Egypt got re

A therapist can answer this question impartially. It is almost impossible to answer this correctly for oneself because we are all stuck in our own heads after all. Most people have to hit some sort of major crisis before they finally see

Good luck actually getting enough time for all this healthy living though. There is a reason a particular look is considered "hot" right now: it's a signal that the person is actually wealthy. The rest of us may be cash ric

I am very worried that the situation is headed towards China, or much worse. And the main reason I am worried is that I can see no path towards a peaceful de-escalation. It is a foregone conclusion in the West that "Russia = bad"

And I think what the comment meant was: the special license was driven more by consideration of the fellow countryman's economic situation than by appeasement of crackers. In reality it was probably a bit of both.
