Awesome. We have same mind. I built similar project like this for experiment few weeks ago. I am using twitter bootstrap, jquery, mustache.js, and url2png for screenshot. I'll put it online later.

I am not against the Padrino web framework. I still like it. :-) So your benchmark only have tested against the small "Hello World" app. Maybe that's why I suggested that Padrino framework is pretty ideal for small/personal/API projects for

Padrino is really nice web framework for Ruby. I have used it for experimental projects. My work was using latest Padrino framework at work, but extremely unhappy with the its performance (slow response). We had ported the app to Rails 3.1

Nice to see another JavaScript MVC Framework written in CoffeeScript. Almost like Spine.js ( http://spinejs.com/ ) A new thing to try it out later, but I'll stay with Backbone.js for now.

Ditto. They will say the same thing, you should know X before using Y. Example: Objective-C -> MacRuby; Slim/HAML/Jade -> HTML; SASS/LESS -> CSS and so on...

Maybe this is true.. people with ADD/ADHD who get lightly buzzed might have boosted their focus. I have noticed that when I drink a single IPA beer and I can think better, write code better, etc.
