In other news, no other goods are being sold because there are warehouses stuffed full of them. Ugh.

The article doesn't actually say that, it differentiates between the handset business that was sold and the remainder Motorola Mobility unit which holds the patents: "Google acquired Motorola Mobility in 2012 for $12.5 billion, an

If you thinking this is a "kumbaya" moment, think again. They've merely determined that the best they can do is litigate each other into a stalemate, or that they don't have a enough of a competitive overlap to warrant a

I don't believe in dirty tricks like you describe, but it's my solemn belief that you're not negotiating unless your goal is to "fuck the other person over," or aim for an unreasonably good deal. Whether you get it

Do you really think that the Feds "manipulations" have been clumsy? They've managed to consistently hit about 1% inflation in a strongly deflationary environment. They've done an outstanding job in that respect.

Except none of those things are true. Bitcoin is just a tinfoil hat combined with a prepper mentality, or libertarian wishful thinking. The first 3 things you list can happen to bitcoin since bitcoin is just another currency. The idea that

That's entirely misleading. The MAC address is used if you autoconfigure IPv6, it's not required. Also you can enable privacy by requesting your host to generate a random host identifier. http://en.wikipedia.org/wi

I live in SF and pay myself about $25K a year. I'm self funded on about $150K cash (since 2010) and live very comfortably. I haven't taken VC money and I have no plans to. My question is: why do people insist on playing this game

Of course, nothing wrong with creating a narrative, and of course the same facts can be seen different ways. But the point is you use the FACTS. I've seen too much journalism, especially in tech, which has scant regard for the truth an
