Why does it mention HIPAA and RGPD? The URL is also "/best-microsoft-teams-ticketing-service-desk" so I guess that's some SEO thing.

Nice. I suspect that many folks already have solutions for larger storage but this seems like a fairly clean way to get fast-enough storage in a decent amount of physical space.

Somehow LLM bullshit is a step above normal bullshit because they've added an extra layer of bullshit to the bullshit.

Broken website that wants you to sign in if you want to do literally anything useful with it. It displayed results in other languages, too, so I couldn't understand what was displayed. Honestly, you could probably use ChatGPT directly

Okay, I wasn't aware of this. I've played another game named Oddsparks Automation Adventure where the "conveyor belts" are individual units that carry items, and the throughput is calculated by how long the walking track

I struggle with DSP or games where I can't determine throughput of a building for that reason. It's hard to plan things when you don't know how much will be used. I like having numbers for these kinds of things.

With Satisfactory's recent 1.0 release and Factorio 2.0's upcoming release, I'm really loving that factory games are being recognised more widely. They're incredibly fun, addictive, and rewarding. I've sunk quite a

I enjoyed the article though feel it kind of fell on its face with the abrupt ending after a reasonably decent middle bit.

The app perpetually says "1 online users" and won't let me start a call. Unsure if there really are 0 users or if it's bugged/broken.

Well, I looked through the work and it's mostly random config/frontend changes. I don't see a lot of meaningful work done? Whether LoC matters or not, it doesn't change that pretty much nothing was changed.

Sports betting has the side effect of making things surrounding sports themselves more toxic. Betting being as pervasive as it is, and only increasing, causes more people to view and interact with sports with bets or money, and thus can rea

If that is indeed what got funded, those changes appear to be extremely minimal and benign and I can understand why people would have an issue with funding this.

This is really cool. Imagine a map of this across a city, being able to see what different areas tend to listen to. I imagine you'd find some surprising and not-so-surprising things.

Perhaps, though the suggestion of using an Apple TV or equivalent and never connecting the TV to the Internet at all is a far easier thing to manage. Trying to block things in this way ends up being a whack-a-mole situation, and you're

Doing this takes time and energy that I really don't want to spend on a TV that I expect to sit there and do what I want in the first place.

I’ve been using Arc since it was private, and I really like the browser. The company’s posture on this topic has pretty much made me drop it entirely. It’s beyond abysmal.

Sure, though if you're a central provider like a registrar/ISP there are very bad things that happen no matter what you do with a domain. Since the registrar could very easily determine whether or not the domain was in active use
