I feel like we've got the technological capability to steward wildlife populations to the point that we can all eat animals that live wild. It would be a big transition but it would be great for the environment.

I'm sure it'll make it to Firefox for Android soon. I would imagine these "in page" toggles will fade away as the OS makes the switcher more prominent. In Gnome, it's right in the main menu next to the volume.

The plant derived medicines come from plants known to indigenous people to have activity. If there's no indigenous knowledge available there's no way to study the plants and make modern medicines.
