I also think that's what they've done but they'll have to keep the good rates as it's really easy to switch banks over here. EDIT: actually, they just sent me an email saying the current account interest will soon be 1%,

Chase recently started operating in the UK and their rates are really good here. And they'll have to stay that way if they want any customers, their other incentives have slowly but surely been worsening (cashback, referrals).

I can't imagine anything about this thing will be open so whatever the community produces will be at the mercy of the shit-show firmware/driver Sony provides. Fun times ahead!

MPLS was originally designed to be simple and fast. As you (and another) have commented, that was to help hardware. But it's grown into something that can be more complicated and even the P switches may read further down the stack to

Correct, the (dumb, cheap) devices within the network have an easy time. The devices on the edge can have a lot of work to do, potentially popping multiple labels. And then there's a bunch of meta labels that have other meanings (I

I had always assumed MPLS (and the even more hideous, SRv6) were designed by software engineers. If you are designing a hardware network processor, traversing a variable stack of labels at line-rate is pretty horrible.
