I looked this up the other day and I might be wrong but it seems like in most jurisdictions even if you buy a meatspace piece of art you do not own the actual copyright on the work. While I’m not a fan of NFTs this does somewhat weaken the

I’ve used pyinstaller with some success to do what you’ve described. It does end up bundling an entire Python runtime but it worked for me. Nuitka is another option I haven’t tried.

It seems like if you need to remind yourself if you’ve read today or not you aren’t doing “deep reading”. Schopenhauer’s essay “On Reading” is instructive here. He recommends reading fewer books but going deeper into them.

Mumbai is a good example of rental yield not following property price. I use the yield to determine if a given property market is speculative or not because rent represents real utility (“yes I would like to live there at that price”)
