What’s the point of email forwarding for a search engine that no longer has an index? Licensing Bing results is all of DDG business but a rounding error for Microsoft. That’s a very precarious positron to be in.

But why prioritize this over building your own index and not relying on Microsoft?

I think it’s the managers who are worried about employees being more productive without “oversight” - who needs to crack the whip?

It’s quite amusing to see people spouting off without a god damn clue. The dude ran cyber security research at DARPA, lol.

You really think just after paying an FTC fine, staring down SEC actions, and a huge legal fight with Musk…Twitter is going to “suppress” the content to keep this a secret? Sure.

Ha, I’m in PST working with a lot of people in EEA. So yeah, if I’m taking a 7am meeting I’m clocking out “early”.

It’s an interesting question. I’m at a fairly senior level so aside from meetings I’d say my work is semi-continuous as I think about the problems I’m working on regardless of if I’m at my desk or not. So I don’t really think the “hours on

What is the reward in PoS? Like, is it worthwhile for me to buy 32 ETH? Do I get more ETH for being a node?

Please, publishers have been fighting to get more data from Apple News and they won’t give it. I know for a fact several Big Name outlets aren’t on Apple News precisely for that reason.

Totally agree - these takes are fucking stupid. Apple is basically just enforcing GDPR and other laws on iOS. Most of the shit these privacy trolls talk about “mean old Apple” blocking revenue are already full-on illegal in many places
