Great post. I would also say: 1) don't get caught up in any one name 2) having too descriptive of a name can be disastrous as you won't have as much flexibility 3) have fun with it!

I think the best thing to do is to introduce them to as many people as possible so that they can meet face-to-face. Obviously, it has to be a match for skill set, personality type, role, etc. People simply relate better to direct meetings.
