Once every other month I drive about 11hrs two ways. I'll pick a charger every 2-3 hours. 2 hours away the Tesla will say "Preconditioning battery for charging". It's pretty clear this is a bug. It's been there for

I'm mixed on this. My project has a bug tracker. A commit is required to have a bug id. The bug tracker has entire discussions of what lead to the commit so it's not clear to me that a detailed commit message is a plus when the re

That's not the point. That is what I have now and my tv starts up in a big ugly display with an ad for Google TV and an admonition to enable it. I've read online some smart tvs will complain, often, to please connect them. I'

This sounds like Google. Some bean counter is firing people left and right and somehow they think that's going to save them from the fact that AI answers destroy their business model. They need more people finding solutions, not less.

I'm not really sure what your point is. Nearly every open source project is started in the interest of the people who create it. Chromium is used by Electron and through that 1000s of projects. Element, VSCode, Slack, Discord, Figma, S

This feels solvable by the OS. The OS should be able to make it possible to bring up the user's choice of browser in a way that feels like they haven't exited the app they were just in. Maybe back always goes back to the app, etc.
