Yes, I have JS blocked everywhere with ublock - some sites get a pass (the 2 sites I use most frequently). For times when I need to use a JS function (like twitter / HN search), I enable it temporarily.

yeah but windows defender will wipe it clean evertime it updates. Plus if you have a massive (>3MB) hosts file it causes other issues during bootup, which requiers disabling another service (dont remember which one off the top of my head

Had an S35 a few years ago, bought it because of the waterproof factor. Worst phone I ever owned. They dont provide android updates (at least for that model) and would just stop working randomly, I had to hard reset it at least once every 2
