I think the other commenters are right, as long as the statement of FLT is correct and no funny stuff is used (admitting theorems without proof or defining new axioms) then it doesn't matter what you used in the proof.

What if the mathematical objects are not encoded "correctly"? For example, everyone knows that the natural numbers and simple data structures like lists or trees can be encoded with inductive types, but what about the new objects

You are talking about vim AND emacs but they have completely different approaches, I wouldn't call that solved? If instead of general text editing we talk about specialized editors (for example emacs for lisp or powerful IDES) they

With all the new CLI tools it looks like the opposite to me. For example the ag, ack, rg history. VS Code still has the same style from 2018.

I don't think terminal multiplexers (even Zellij which claims not to be one) make the experience better. They make it worse, actually, because when you have a problem there's one more thing to keep track of: Your terminal emulator
