My perspective from Sweden, where filing taxes is _very_ easy is that filing taxes in USA must be difficult because those who oppose taxes there don't want it to be simple. Would it be possible to streamline taxes in USA? Would it not be in

There is no support in nginx to do keep-alive connections to backend servers. Placing nginx and the backend servers on the same LAN should make it less of an issue than high-latency frontend connections. The backend response will also be bu

Being pedantic: Erlang doesn't have a 32-bit intger type, it only has integers. The implementation uses the fixnum trick known from lisp, i.e. if the value is larger than a fixnum it is implemented as a bignum.

I think you are being very insightful with using this as means of forcing things to be in place. It inspired me to actually attempts something like it. Being an Erlang fan, I also recognize some other aspects of high-availability strategies

There is plenty of uranium to be found in peaceful democracies. It is just that we don't want the uranium mines in our back yards. The cost of the fuel even a sharp price spike is still a negligible part of the cost in nuclear power.
