I have no particular expertise on the topic, but just in case you missed it, there is this Quora question: https://www.quora.com/How-do-I-learn-Natural-Language-Proces... It points to NLTK as the framework of choice, and ha

Another question is whether a human could have predicted as well or better. If not, it does not help with the actual difficult case of predicting the outcome of a case that isn't clear-cut for a human.

I became an adult the day I started expecting being treated as one. There are many more things that go about adulthood, and I guess the most defining would be to take responsibility for one's own action. I had taken responsibility alre

At this point, this is neither surprising, not unexpected. There is ample precedent, there are tens of stories like this every days (maybe even counting only those that hit the HN frontpage). To avoid these problems, don't sell on the

For instance, git has a notion of staging area (the index) where you collect the changes that go into a commit. In gitless, all changes to tracked files are committed. The index goes a long way towards making nice commits that can be unders

I seem to recall that the Sony hack was attributed to North Korean hackers and while many people laughed it off, serious investigations pointed that it was really the case. (Just on top of my head, I'll let you dig for sources.)

I don't believe in homeopathy, however I highly doubt it's being used in matters of life and death in any way that has the slightest veneer of respectability. It may exist, I suspect, but only peddled by shady online gurus.
