   :) Since you are technical, lets say you have been approach by someone with an idea (business person). How could he convinced you that you would want to build the product with him? Assume this guy is no Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Jack Dorsey

   in this scenario, what would you do? As a business co founder with just idea and no product build yet, how would you attract someone technical (CTO) to cofound with you?

   my background is in EE, so HW coding, VHDL, Verilog, which is totally different area than web programming. But for the last few years, I have not done programming as I moved from engr to Product Management

   I understand that, but being a PM, I outsource my development to freelancer. If you see it from the outside, it's like two people startup. I am in charge in everything else, the freelancer is in charge of coding and build the site bas
