I really don’t like the cognitive load of having to remember to use defer. We already have the scope defined, why add something extra? IMHO the way it’s used in Go is a workaround, of luck of destructors, not a feature. Edit: not a criticis

My MacBook Pro(x86) takes 10ms to ping the Asus router. Any other router, 1-2ms. Windows takes 1-2ms for the same ASUS router.

This need to be heard loud and clear. The main reason to use iProducts is the non-ad experience. App Store is already a horrible experience with their ads. If this expands, I don't see why one shouldn't move to Google.
