I'm sure they were exempted for non-partisan reasons. Disney doesn't own any social media networks, or openly promote anything in the partisan space, which is what I think the law is going after.

While I disagree with this law's implementation, I agree with what it does in theory. Social media companies that are used en masse should have an independent body when it comes to its content moderation.

What percentage of Google Photos users exceeded their new quota though? If i'm not mistaken, most people that use Google Photos are just the ones who decided to sync their photos to it on Android Phones

Agreed. Although I think the reason most sites censor content like this isn't necessarily because of partisanship, but rather because they think it's harmful to society in general. Not that I agree, I just want to point it out
