When I first moved to Linux, these installers always gave me trouble (even in their target distro, Rocky Linux). Here are the scripts I made to fix and automate the process.

I wonder how many people will be getting scammed or infected by malicious 'free' VPNs. Most people affected by this (minors) won't have a credit card to pay for legit VPNs

Can't add RAM to any Mac (except the Pro, I think). You have to buy it from Apple with all the RAM it'll ever have. Which is why they overprice the upgrades so much

I've used the xReal glasses as a screen replacement and they're pretty good. They're not my first choice if I can set the computer on a surface and use the screen, but they're great for waiting areas without tables, or t

In Film acá TV things get archived to LTO. The tapes last a long time and aren't that expensive. The writer/reader can be though (start around a few thousand bucks IIRC)

Those are pretty cool, and have a lot of info. But I've found that having all that info makes them really slow to load and harder to read, especially on mobile, plus you can't search for destinations like a coffee shop, or market,

I find copilot really useful sometimes. But I'd be a bit iffy about using it for security stuff. Sometimes it makes mistakes that are easy to miss because they look correct, but a tiny thing is off. For example it will suggest to write
