I get persuasive writing, but calling "Slack: King of the Enterprise Tools" because it went from 0% in 2014 to 1.2% in 2016 is absolutely an over statement. Apples-to-apples on the chart? I'd bet a Tubman that 70%+ of the rea

Caution flag: There might be a statistical significance issue on a good chunk of these graphs. (1) Particularly when the scale isn't fixed (.001 increments to 2% increments - a 200x difference!) (2) When making conclusions on relative

The joke of this piece of content marketing is SalesForce, as a CRM, specifically does NOT gracefully handle reoccurring revenue in its product. So, if you want to run a SaaS business w/ SFDC, be prepared to jump through constant hoops

Here's a plan B based on several experiences with enterprise SaaS: Start with something that isn't awful. Get it up early. A/B test that crap out of out. Keep it simple -- Only have one unit of measure (UoM) or feature differ

There's a reason prices are always hidden in jewelry store display windows. There's a little price tag on each item, but it's always tucked out of sight. IMHO, there's pro's/con's to publicly listed pricin

Astrid ran hard to make an app that millions of people use constantly. As a startup, they took a risk, ran hard at an idea, and executed their ass off. We should all be so lucky. Regarding this "acquihire" talk: This is something the naysay
