I’d just like to say thanks for the AWESOME link out to CastingWords! (Though we are a little wary of making our strategy, and delivered turnarounds, quite this explicit :)) Regardless we do love happy customers - and this strategy delivers

This teaser really doesn't have quite enough info, or quite enough of a hook, to be really worth discussing.

The first bit seems very much "Hire a UX guy, not a graphic designer" but it does got better. Still, the "sell, sell, sell" feeling of the piece leaves me cold.

Just last night I was thinking that Reminders needed a "remind me at sunset" option to remind me to round up the animals. As it is I have to change the time of that reminder every month. There are probably a ton of triggers that could be us

When launched both of these products were problematic, Google from the UI side, Amazon from both the API side and the UI side. And the network effects suck - no one has accounts. We axed amazon soon after we integrated with them - I gather

My company empties our PayPal account 2x a month, at which point it's well into 5 digits, and we've been doing this for ~5 years. If emptying accounts is a red flag, it's never hit us.

Ok - I've found a github repo for this: https://github.com/mozilla/napkin#readme which doesn't help much, but it does seem to have an overview document that helps somewhat: https://github.com/mozilla/napkin/blob/master/docs/overview....

I think this needs some more explanatory text. It's a nice quick mockup generator, it would appear, but it oddly exports not HTML, but rather a nodeJS application, which seems insanely heavyweight for a simple form builder.

But it is "linked to or contain GPL code" - if you hive off the functionality and interface to it via, say TCP, you actually are good to go, even with the GPL. This technique does work for a certain small set of use cases.

I gave this a brief shot - an explanation of benefits, and use, like the short one above, is very much needed on the homepage. In addition a walk-through / example would be very helpful upon login. The welcome email, is quite helpful here -
