The app literally makes an algorithmic feed of content that you personally "like". I haven't seen anything like this at all. Mostly dancing and singing people, and comedic sketches.

I don't know anything about Parler's funding and connections in US politics, but the insinuations about the founder's wife are just ridiculous. Young woman from Russia loving Russian flag is somehow bad and unusual? Her mothe

The name space is not a problem, in my opinion. If you have a library sdaffj, and you want to release a new, incompatible version, release it under the name sdaffj2, next incompatible version under name sdaffj3, etc.

The way I do it with Clojure, you never really write any code in REPL prompt directly. You write it in your source code file, then send a piece of code to the REPL to update the “in-memory” state of your running program. So any modification

Yeah, but what does it mean? To revoke ownership of the company from its owners? Who then gets to own the company and why? Or does it mean the company should cease to exist, and all employees should be fired immediately? We should deny hone

I agree that Java is not the best tool for things like analyzing mmap'ed data. Java replaces C++ by being better in some things, not all. I would go further and say that if your job is analyzing terabytes of memory-mapped binary files,

I think in this case you’re holding the tool wrong. When you want, for example, an array of (float x, float y) “objects” in Java, you just keep them as two arrays (float[] x, float[] y) — and I guarantee it will use the same amount of memor

The naming is vice versa for A- and B-book. B-book is playing against the maker. A-book is playing against the market (which is in fact "playing against a bigger maker down the line")
