Very clever move. All other browser vendors put a lot of effort into making their browser better, and <CLIPPY> could very well mark the end of Google Chrome's monopoly--with what I guess is a pretty trivial feature to implement,

I'm still waiting for Dropbox to support placeholder files for personal accounts. I feel like there is more functionality to their (now old) core proposition that they could be working on instead of trying to be a better Google Drive f

I'm not giving them a cent until they remove those awful keyboards from their laptops. I'm on a Mid-2015 MacBook Pro which works great. Waiting.

Yes, I pay. Good point, though. Although, I'm not sure my pictures would get downsized since their limits are pretty generous. The worst is videos. My phone shoots them at 4K and they would get resized at 1080p.

Google is becoming the new Yahoo! I don't get why they don't realize that by making people rely on all these experiments (see Inbox) and then shutting them down their brand suffers immensely. I've migrated all my photo collec

Everything is unevenly distributed. Race, height, money, attractiveness, IQ, etc. If you are unlucky, you have to work more. If opportunity doesn't present itself, you go look for it.

Can you give me an example? The guy who has the idea and takes the risk is 1000 times more important than the guy who assembles the idea. That's why they get paid more.

In this day and age, you often don't need a corporation behind you to provide value. Actually, it seems like not even in the past you did, since many many companies were started in a garage.

In Europe, universities are free. Poor people get housing, money for food, etc. if you go to school. I studied in the States and some people at my college were being paid $700/mo. on top of dorms if they took at least a handful of clas

Nice try Karl Marx, but that simply isn't true, especially in the States. If you provide value, you will get out of poverty and even get rich. You don't always need money personally to provide value.

The EU was something good when it was an union of countries. When that shifted to pushing for a United States of Europe, politicians lost all support. An Italian doesn't feel any connection to a Brit, a Pole doesn't feel like he&#

From what I understand, the Left has gone more and more to the left throughout the years (the Right has stayed pretty much the same). For this reason, even a center-right person can seem to be extremely far away to the right, to them.

It's just an experiment. If you try to use it and you use the terminal for work you'll see that it freezes and crashes often with more that a few hundred lines, and that it uses a lot of RAM. It looks cool, though!

Apple has been raising prices even with diminishing demand. In Europe iPhones are more than €1000, and besides a few people most don't see any value in newer models anymore and just stick to their current model for as long as possible.
