This is great news because the new version of Outlook is terrible. When the good old Win32 version goes away, everyone will be looking for an alternative.

I'll be impressed when they manage to fix Windows 11! There are still many regressions compared to Windows XP through 10. They can add all this AI nonsense to the taskbar, yet they can't reinstate the features people have been ask

Hopefully this will help! I've found that all weather apps and websites have been completely inaccurate this year.

The only issue now is that your operating system is a 'walled garden', offering a limited selection of applications and customization options.

This should have been in place from the beginning. The current state of large technology companies is really quite depressing. The intellectual capabilities of these companies have become completely stagnant.

Elementary OS is stuck in 2011, offering limited customization options. I remember having hard time adding desktop icons. These days, much superior distributions are available. Examples include Mint, EndeavourOS and Fedora...

These days, the general rule is to avoid buying anything 'smart'. They are all filled with advertisements and data-sharing practices and are designed to target you through their user interface and applications. They bombard you wi

I've always had an Android phone, but since my parents have Apple devices, I'm the one who has to help them with any technical issues. I tried to minimize the horrible glass design as much as possible because they couldn't se

I am not a fan of smartphones or tablets, and I only ever use my phone when necessary. I stopped using tablets when I realized that I was always trying to use them like a laptop, which made me see that they are not as useful as I thought. I

I have a OnePlus 5T from 2017 with a Snapdragon 835 processor and find that Firefox works perfectly well on it. I also have a device with a Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3 processor and Windows 11 on ARM. Firefox runs smoothly on that too.

It's the ugliest trend I've seen since rounded corners and large padding. One can only hope that it will eventually cease to be a nuisance.

Things can only go downhill from here, and it's hard to imagine how things could get any better. I mean, I can only hope Google will change their minds and see sense here.

I'm still using Windows 7 with server patches. There are no bugs, nagware, or unnecessary Microsoft features.

I'm still using the same CPU I had 15 years ago. It's an AMD Phenom II X6 1090T. The only upgrades I've made are increasing the RAM to 16 GB and replacing the hard drive with an SSD. It continues to meet all my needs.
