I second Mullvad also. They don't even have usernames, emails or passwords. All you use to log in is a random number for your account. Can't get much more anonymous than that. And they financially sponsor wireguard, have a bunch o

Are the files public? Then perhaps just use youtube. If you need a CDN, CDN77 has worked fine for me at a reasonable price. I'd start hosting them on a separate domain first, then move that to a CDN if necessary.
