Sounds good to me. I looked into sharding in the past but never took the leap as it added tons of complexity. Thanks so much!

Great. I haven't built anything yet so I could just start out with one of these from the start. Thank you so much!

This looks great, but why is it better than say, plnkr? Other than the tooling and some features like offline use etc. It's essentially the same yeah?

Care to enlighten me on how you place a 'loan' on the blockchain? Isn't a loan issued from a bank -> borrower? My assumption in this case would be that the ETH contract would be written to change the legal owner of the loa

+1 this. I've asked multiple people and ideas are mostly mixed on what Snap's strategy should be going forward. Being a social app will definitely be a difficult play. IMO they could try to leverage their AR expertise to do, well,

I also find that the discussions in certain comments/responses can tend to go largely off topic. When you're on mobile, instead of scrolling ALL the way down to the next parent comment, you (I, at least), tend to navigate away to

Can someone care to enlighten me on how SaaS can qualify as rent extraction? I'm sure there is a lot of fudge, but the US is a "capitalist" society—in that I mean you're not required to continue paying for a SaaS product

Absolutely agreed. I don't see why Reddit would not just attempt to purchase Imgur outright in this case. They could thereby avoid link rot in the case that Imgur ever were to die, and also integrate Imgur's tech. Does reddit just

I think that's beside the point though. I think the point being presented is more: if you are visualizing what time it is in your head, what is the visual representation of time that you have, as presented by your language? In english,

No joke. The fact neither the the old Apple headphones nor the airpods will stay in my ears while running makes both sets no more than a hardly usable alternative to actual earbuds, at least to me.

Why would end users opt for alternative browsers in this case? For end users this situation is a win: no more 'intrusive' ads. It only ends up being a loss for competing advertising platforms and possibly advertisers.

I think you are missing the point. In my opinion it's a valid concern that this policy could be perceived as Google effectively pushing advertisers onto AdWords over other competing platforms

I can't imagine this working well. What about the consumers that don't have a Google Now device? I imagine that it's most of them. "Ok Google, what's in a Whopper?" Silence, and commercial ends. Sounds kind of

+1 for zoom. The only other way to do it would be using pseudo elements and scaling it—or something or other. But offering zoom on this site would be nice :-)
