That's actually my configuration at home. Don't really have any problems with it, can run Firefox and Visual Studio just fine. Might be different if I did not have an SSD (from 2010) of course.

Note that the C library (CRT) is not included here though, as that's now delivered with Windows itself as the Universal CRT. The cmath header here just forwards to math.h and has no real content of its own.
