I haven't tried this, but https://github.com/ketchupsalt/debugger might be of interest to you. More generally, it's not actually sandboxed inside a web browser, you can interact with system through REST-ish A

The opportunity cost of not working for three years is huge, maybe more than the tuition at a non-top end university.

Maybe not the most elegant solution, but it could be worse: I wrote all the data to a csv file and then imported into Excel for analysis.

For me personally, as someone who has finished all the existing levels, just skipping the resume screen is actually a big value add (at least in principle, assuming they get the recruiting side worked out). I also really enjoyed writing th

Do you know if there exist tools that take a binary and a source code file and attempt to automatically compare the control flow graphs? I imagine I won't ever get to it, but that sounds like an interesting problem to try to work on.

I'd rather spend 8 hours programming than burn a full day on 5 whiteboard interviews the way Google does. More generally, I think the target should be to make the work sample test take a similar amount of time to the in person intervie

I think you have to hit every permutation, at least for AES, because AES is reversible. In particular, if there were some 0 <= y < 2^128 such that AES_k(x) != y for all 0 <= x < 2^128, then there must also be some z such that tw

Why isn't this faster than the "standard" loop based version? The disclaimer at the start says it's not, but I would have thought that 4 64bit math operations would be much faster than a loop with 8 steps and comparison

An important point about racing cars is how completely their performance is determined by the rules of the series. Hybrids dominating says more about the details of the rules than about hybrids.

I think the key point is that they don't want the top 10% or 1% or .1%, they want as many people as possible above some particular skill level. The client is just as happy if that happens to be 50% of players or whatever. They don
