This product is so amazing that it makes iOS provisioning and ad hoc distribution look professional, and that's saying a lot. Huge fan of this service.

It takes time to get it right, and I think Gowalla and Foursquare are both on track to do just that. I also think Josh is a great product guy and will eventually find a working solution. I think this is great proof that they aren't just wai

I took something different from this article, which was that if you wait to do business until you have a sure thing, then you are waiting too long. Take advantage of opportunities, and figure out the details on thew way.

This is exactly it. In fact, I was just talking with my partner last week about the fact that almost every time we get a potential client or lead that wants to meet or talk on the phone first, it almost always never turns into real work. On

I don't have a problem hearing from people with ideas, what I have a problem with is 9 out of 10 people fail to execute and as a result, waste my time. It seems that to many, having a business, or an app idea, is as far as it gets. As an en

I'm guessing this was linked because it was an interesting discussion on helicopter piloting and not because of the original question. Pretty neat description of how it works.

I for one am extremely tired of this kind of stuff happening and as a result, never knowing wheat I can watch, and can't watch, with Netflix streaming. Two weeks ago, my son and I were watching LOTR and had to pause for some travel. When we

I'm sad about this in the same way I'm bummed when a great athlete retires. We've witness one of the greatest turnarounds in history, and though I'm confident that Apple will remain strong, it sucks to see this happen. That said, when the m

Ain't that the truth. As I've learned to program, I found that the language was the easy part. The hard part was learning to think like a programmer, which requires a complete mental shift, for most of us anyway. That's the hard part.

It's the name. Thick lips sounds like a lot of things to a lot of different people, none of which are particularly flattering. Fat Lips might be a better choice for this market.

Why would you want them to disappear? I have Flurry installed in my apps to help me identify usage patterns, and see which types of people use my apps. I don't think there's anything wrong with that.

Well, to be fair, I'm more apt to buy something after reading positive Amazon reviews, so in that sense, the network effect is important.

I don't know... I like that you're trying to address the problem, but I think this points to another problem, which is the core issue of whether you actually care about your employees' success as much as you do about the company. On a grand

I'm not a big Google+ fanboy like many, but damn, this is a bit premature no? Furthermore, the quality of the editorial is suspect, mostly because the author is using personal anecdotes to reach broad perspectives. I can't believe this is o

From Odio in the comments on the post: "I think you took my olive branch and stomped on it." No Sam, an olive branch would have been to return the money with an apology. Better yet, what he did to you is the same thing you did to his experi
