It needs to be clowned on here: - Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Xbox One S/X, Xbox Series S/X - Windows 3.1...98, 2000, ME, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10 I guess it's better than headphones names (QC35, WH-1000XM3, M50x, HD560s).

Newer Subarus are more full touchscreen. Either 2020+ Outbacks, or 2024+ Foresters. And they have pretty ugly UIs and poor usage of the screen real-estate as well. It looks like the backup camera or Google Maps only use 7" of screen.

Work impact is debatable as well. Often, you're fully replaceable, you're a minuscule cog, your work never sees the light of day. And if it does, it's fiddling a knob, or may not have a positive impact on the world, depending

Yeah, the two big issues with UI tests: flaky and slow. Curious how using GPT and vision combats flakiness? I'd feel the entropy of GPT and anything less than 100% accuracy in the computer vision pieces would lead to more flakiness. I

I'm glad this is a growing trend! I've been building a language learning app for couples to learn each other's languages because I saw so many couples trying and failing at trying to pick up each other's languages (inclu

On the other hand, I got a Vizio. I've been loving every update. They've added wireless Bluetooth support so I can connect with headphones, made the UI extremely snappy, made the volume overlay be non-obtrusive in the corner.

When reading about headset experiences, I'd de-weigh any insights that are within 3 months of the first headset purchase. The first few dozen sessions are novel, you get a kick (and social media views) about sharing how completely you

I don't think people should be too concerned with black bears in the Sierras. I had a lot of run ins, they just saunter or run away. Especially when you'll be surrounded by 100 other people on that rock. Mountain lions, on the oth

In my experience, a median item costs $15 on Amazon and $3 on Temu, while both being stuff manufactured in China for cheap.

Temu is pretty great TBH. You can get stuff for $1-$3 that would cost $15-$20 on Amazon, at the same low-mid quality (because both have imported wholesale Chinese products anyways). Perfect for non-essential or little niche stuff.

Yeah, it's a physically demanding instrument. It takes months or years to get a good sound out of it. I'm taking lessons but I had played like 7-8 years in school in the past. But you got the ear and music theory to speed you up!
