We operate in the B2B market and the key takeaways I would say are: Our leads come from: 1, 50% Previous users of our software that move to a new company and then call us up looking for a better system at their new workplace 2, 40% Google A

Napoleon Hill. If you look past the mantras you'll see a psychology of selling and the need for connections. Everything you do is selling; the way you look, what you eat, how you communicate and how you work, you are selling yourself t

I'm a Software Developer. When I was younger my family owned a local computer company supporting a range of customer sizes. At the time I recall saying to my Dad that I wasn't sure if I should be a programmer or an IT technician.

The largest problem with Linux deployment is support. Suddenly you need a tech support team that can support Linux as well as Windows. Blizzard had a Linux version of World of Warcraft, but can you imagine how hard it is to ensure your supp

This benchmark is out of date almost immediately because of the patch level of the Java runtime and the Golang compilers change frequently. I was half thinking of creating a VB6 module for LLVM just as a tongue in cheek joke of taking a lan

I am very much pro-nuclear. I argue against wind and wind alone, it is a very unreliable source of energy, I think it is crazy to rely on gusts of wind to power a population. Nuclear is the only technology which offers a base load without b

I think the difference is that in the UK we have a heritage of building canals that can service as a utility. The Canal system has largely been forgotten but it could be a useful network again. A canal system wouldn't work for the USA
