It is a bit dodgy to use a not for profit to make a for profit business. Its ok if its arm's length but the participation of people in the not for profit just makes one question the morals of today's world.

No. It would be its worst use case for cross platform development. I doubt you can easily make an iOS or Android app with it. If you're hell bent on Pascal then consider having it transpile to javascript

This is almost a meaningless, the MSE depends on the model structure and can't be compared arbitrarily. If you had a single perceptron/single layer model, its a fantastic MSE.
